Disabled access
ZSL London Zoo seeks to provide equal opportunity for all to enjoy the animal exhibits and visitor facilities.
Parking
Parking for Zoo visitors is available in the Zoo's Gloucester Slips Car Park and is payable on the day.
The Zoo's Main Gate is situated on the Outer Circle of Regent's Park NW1, which is outside of the congestion charge zone.

Cycling
Cycle racks are available in the half moon car park opposite the main entrance gate to ZSL London Zoo.
ZSL takes no responsibility for any damage or theft of any cycles left in our cycle stands. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that cycles are secured before leaving them.

Terms of entry
- Permission must be obtained for all filming and photography for commercial purposes.
- Children under 16 will not be admitted without an adult.
- We do not allow re-entry to the zoo.
- No dogs are allowed on the ZSL London Zoo premises.
- Bicycles are not allowed on Zoo premises.
- Scooters, rollerskates, rollerblades, skateboards are not allowed on Zoo premises.
- Heelys roller shoes must not be used as skates, but may be worn as shoes.
- Please note, there is no provision for left luggage.

- ZSL London Zoo is open every day of the year except Christmas Day.
- Last admission is one hour before advertised closing time.

Children's Zoo redevelopment
We’re building a new Children’s Zoo. The stunning new exhibit will be opening Easter 2009, find out more about the project here. Please note that the current children’s zoo is now closed for this redevelopment work to be completed.
While the children’s zoo is closed we will continue to provide a diverse and exciting range of shows, talks and up close experiences for our younger visitors. Please see the day planner for more information.
